10 Delicious 3-Ingredient Smoothie Recipes For Brides Who Have No Time

Healthy eating is easier said than done. Especially for brides who are so crammed up with their schedule, it’s practically impossible for them to make something healthy daily. And cooking something at home also means the mess that has to be cleared out afterward. Especially when it comes to smoothies, there is so much you need to peel off, discard, open and what not.

Don’t stress out busy brides-to-be! We have come with 10 insanely delicious 3-ingredient smoothie recipes, easy to make and full of good-for-you ingredients.

The best part about them is you can exactly measure the ingredients, keep them in a plastic bag and when it’s time, take the bag out of the freezer, pour the ingredients in the blender and YAY! your smoothie is ready.

So let’s get started.

#1 Berry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 ½ cup of frozen berries
  • ¼ cup of liquid of your choice (water, milk, yoghurt etc.)
