What girl doesn’t love a bit of glitz & glam in her lehenga? And mirror work lehengas are an ideal choice to satiate that desire. In the past few years, their popularity has soared immensely. We can credit the same to one designer the most. Don’t you know who that is already? It’s Abhinav Mishra. He has single-handedly revolutionised the market for mirror-work lehengas and has made them the most sought-after choice for both brides and bridesmaids.
However, that couldn’t have happened if women didn’t have such a soft spot for glimmer in their outfits already. With his immaculate art and breathtaking design, he was just able to ride on this emotion successfully. Many other designers benefitted from this wave and designed some pristine mirror-work lehengas themselves. And this blog is all about that.
We have scoured Instagram and found 14 designers who create mirror work lehengas straight out of your dreams. Price-range of each of them is included. Mirror-work on lehengas has to be done by hands and like zari work, it can’t be done using machines. This fact shoots up the price of these lehengas. More the mirror-work on a dress, higher the price. Let’s start with the list right away!
Best Mirror Work Lehenga Designers!
The master behind the craft has to be on the top of this list. Think about mirror-work lehengas and your mind automatically goes to Abhinav Mishra. He has successfully chosen one niche for his brand and conquered it. We love such designers, like Anita Dongre, no one can make light-weight printed lehengas better than her! The label started in 2009, and with the growth of social media, his popularity also soared. We can safely say he’s unparalleled in his field.
Considering he’s the best mirror-work lehenga designer, the prices of his lehengas start from around 70,000 and go upto 2 lakhs. Only a select few will cross 2 lakhs. Here are some of our favorites from his collection.
Beloved Indian designer whose collection boasts of loud colors, mirror work and tie-dye. ‘From the bottom of my colorful heart’ is her tagline and she always holds it close to her heart while designing the outfits. You’ll never find a mellow or soft color in her range - so pastel fans, she’s definitely not the designer for you. Just like Abhinav Mishra, she has held her niche since the inception of her brand, and we’re so in love with her range.
Her lehengas are priced quite similarly to Abhinav Mishra’s - between 1 to 2 lakhs. None will go above 2 lakh though.

Not one designer in India creates or even comes close to the art he infuses into his clothes, and that’s why he is one of our favorites constantly.

The latest of them was worn by Anissa Malhotra, when she got married to Armaan Jain earlier this year.
