Just like you guys, we have been killing time on Instagram as well. And while doing that, we found this gorgeous Toronto based content creator and cultural influencer who has been giving us some drool-worthy inspiration – Ankita Bharadwaj (Instagram: @aankita.b). We have come across a lot of Instagram bloggers, but Ankita’s work was something that caught our eyes instantly. She is someone who embraces her South Asian culture to the fullest, which is praiseworthy when you are a minority in a place. Her goal is to encourage her massive following to embrace who they are!
A majority of her posts are inspired by Bollywood diva looks and bridal/ bridesmaid inspiration. She also posts about makeup looks and at times, charming nail inspiration. Her strong passion and focus have attracted mammoth brands to collaborate with her like Sephora, L’oreal, and MAC. In fact, she launched her MAC Canada x Ankita kit last year! It’s nice to have someone promoting diversity and culture through global brands.
