A simple Instagram post stating “September 2024” with baby motifs was shared in a collaborative post, revealing the baby’s due date is sometime in September. While their pregnancy rumors have circulated several times in the past, they were stronger than before in February when Padukone made an appearance on the BAFTA’s red carpet and the eagle-eyed social media users noticed she was trying to hide her stomach.

They announced their wedding a month before the nuptials in Italy, and the pregnancy news has also been made public. The actor-producer couple revealed the good news during the launch of their movie Article 370 when the actress was already 5 and a half months pregnant. Sharing how the couple felt when they found out, the filmmaker said, “We were in the hotel room Luckily, our action portions were done by then. It was a really happy moment, something I will remember for the rest of our lives. We were jumping with joy and emotion. Now we can’t wait.”
Varun Dhawan & Natasha Dalal:
Just a few days back, Varun Dhawan also shared on Instagram that he & his wife are expecting their first baby with a beautiful, heart-warming picture of Dhawan kissing Dalal’s baby bump. The caption read, “We are pregnant ✨Need all your blessings and love ❤️#myfamilymystrength”. The high-school sweethearts tied the knot in 2021 after 13 years together, and have always been reticent to speak about their relationship until marriage. Dalal is also camera-shy, making the couple restrain from paparazzi in the public. However, the duo was papped after the announcement when they jetted off to Goa for Rakul Preet & Jackky Bhagnani’s wedding.

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal also announced their pregnancy in February 2024 with an Instagram post that gave away the news subtly. In the first post, they wrote “1+1=3” and in the second photo of the carousel was a picture of the bride & groom with a pregnancy bump motif on the side. The Fukrey couple met during the sets of their franchise and gradually progressed their friendship into a relationship. After a proposal in the Maldives in 2019, the couple planned a wedding in 2020. Though Covid-19 happened, postponing the celebrations, but they registered for a court marriage during the pandemic itself. 2022 was the year of celebrations and now the couple is all set to welcome their first child.
